Application:
Mineral wool segments are an ideal solution for tanks and pipelines with large diameters and significant insulation thicknesses. Thanks to custom manufacturing tailored to specific customer requirements, these segments are suitable for a wide range of applications.
Diameters up to 12 m and insulation thicknesses up to 300 mm can easily be produced in a single layer. Additionally, segments can be manufactured for flat surfaces.
Installation is easier because no supporting structure is required for the subsequent sheet metal cladding, even on large vessels and pipelines.
During installation, the segments simply slot together. The interlocking fit creates a stable structure. For added security, we recommend securing the segments with tensioning straps.
Aluminum lamination is also available.
Delivery is made on pallets, wrapped in foil.
